1. Order Processing Time

All orders at Usa Rx Market are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped with your tracking number.

2. Discrete Packaging & Privacy

We respect your privacy. All medications are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of “Pharmacy,” “Medicine,” or specific product names on the outside of the box. Our return address is listed under a neutral business name to ensure 100% confidentiality.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize USPS Priority Mail and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

We stand by our service. If your order is lost in transit, seized, or does not arrive within 15 business days, we provide a one-time free reshipment or a full refund. Note: This does not apply to orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. You can track your package directly on our Tracking Page.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us at support@usarxmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the package’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but aim for a satisfactory resolution within 48 hours.
