Refund & Returns Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction and Safety
Important Safety Regulation: Due to pharmaceutical safety laws, we cannot accept returns of prescription or over-the-counter medications once they have left our facility. This ensures the integrity of the medication for all patients.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
While medications cannot be returned, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged or the seal is broken.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive a different medication than what you ordered.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for 10+ business days.
- Expired Products: In the rare event a product arrives past its expiration date.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS/FedEx/DHL).
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
3. The Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@usarxmarket.com. Please include your Order Number and a clear photograph of the product/package if it arrived damaged.
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📦 Prefer a Reshipment?
Most customers prefer a free express reshipment instead of a refund. If your order qualifies, we will prioritize your new package and send it out within 24 hours at no extra cost to you.
